Tillgänglighet
Kulturhuset Oceanen är en Q-märkt, kulturhistorisk byggnad vilket är en utmaning när det kommer till tillgänglighet. Vi gör vårt bästa för att så många som möjligt ska kunna besöka oss. Vid besök med rörelsehjälpmedel är ingången via entrén till scenen bäst anpassad. Denna nås genom Gathenhielmska trädgården. Ingången är låst, därför ber vi er att höra av er en dag innan ert besök och senast fredag 16:00 om ni ska besöka oss över helgen. Rullstolsanpassad toalett finns i scenlokalen. Obs! blinkande ljus kan förekomma under konserter och event. Vid frågor gällande tillgänglighet kontakta Mia Herman, mia@oceanen.com.

Vi återköper inte köpta biljetter. Detta gäller alla våra arrangemang förutom Barnens Ocean. Vid avbokning av biljetter för Barnens Ocean maila till info@oceanen.com
Om vi ställer in ett arrangemang betalas samtliga biljetter exkl. serviceavgift automatiskt tillbaka till det konto som du köpte biljetten/biljetterna med.
