HJELLE & ORMARNA
Hjelles berättelser utgör nästan en försvunnen berättarkonst i det dagsaktuella samtalet. Han tecknar den vanliga människans strävanden liknande de vi möter i den engelska filmskaparen Ken Loach karaktärer. Paret som vinner eller förlorar sitt livs kärlek på den lokala pizzerian, lönearbetets monotoni, den där värmen som oftast bara räcker till löningshelgen. Detta till tonerna av den simplaste form av ur-hand-i-mun-rock som begåvats Sverige sen Wilmer X tidigaste skivor.
HÄRVAN
HÄRVAN är en trio från Malmö som spelar i skarven mellan punk och rock n roll.
Under ledning av serietecknaren Mats Källblad behandlas snefyllor, arbetskritik och
klasstillhörighet till grinig Osby-dialekt och kantiga gitarrer. Veras vandrande
basgångar och Emils hetsiga trummor är samspelta och sitter som en kasslerjacka
mitt i plytet. Klassiskt punk med en rock-n-roll-twist. Med fem skivsläpp i bagaget
har Härvan spottat ur sig snabba och korta låtar sedan 2017.
