âïžBIO Kid08:
Kid08 Ă€r ett alt-rockprojekt skapat av de svenska musikerna Adele Kosman och Arvid Kraft, som en Ă€rlig strĂ€van att skapa musik som inte tillhör nĂ„gon annan Ă€n dem sjĂ€lva. BĂ„da Ă€r aktiva kompositörer inom den samtida och experimentella musikscenen, och med Kid08 förenar de sin erfarenhet inom dessa genrer med sina rötter i alternativ rock. Resultatet Ă€r en genreöverskridande mix som sammanför rock med inslag av pop, samtida musik, jazz och metal â musik som inte hör hemma nĂ„gonstans, men som alltid kĂ€nns rĂ€tt. De presenterar sitt arbete med en mĂ€ngd olika instrument, inklusive gitarr, tramporgel, elektronik och röst. Den parisiska kompositören och musikern SikaĂŻ Li kommer att ansluta till Kid08 för denna konsert pĂ„ Underjorden.
âïžBIO Rotem Geffen
SĂ„ngerskan, pianisten och kompositören Nelly Klayman-Cohen, som framtrĂ€der under namnet Rotem Geffen, skapar med sin musik en raffinerad och rĂ„ drömvĂ€rld. Texterna, som Ă€r skrivna pĂ„ tyska, engelska och hebreiska, utforskar teman som minne, kĂ€rlek, sorg och en slags nattens poetik. LĂ„tarna bildar tillsammans en helhet, ett flersprĂ„kigt samtal. Musiken, som genomsyras av ett naivistiskt skimmer, balanseras av svĂ€rta, tyngd och lĂ„gmĂ€ld intensitet â bĂ„de i texter och musik. Hennes nya album The Night is the Night Ă€r uppföljaren till You Guard the Key. DĂ€r har hon samarbetat med producenten Alex Zethson och med nĂ„gra av Stockholms mest innovativa improvisationsmusiker.
