We are thrilled to announce that Kevin James & Susana are coming back! Last years chanting circle was so powerful that even the ground started shaking at one point. Come join us for another heartwarming experience - this time we are inviting you for both a workshop & chanting circle.

15.00-17.30 HEALING TONES WORKSHOP
In this workshop you have the opportunity to go tune in deeper with your voice and learn how to express your emotions through sound. This is a powerful way to strengthen the connection with your heart and allow it to sing.
19.30 - 21.30 CHANTING CIRLCE & HEARTFELT SONGS
Kevin James' Chanting Circles are a co-creative and empowering experience that can have you singing your heart out, dancing in bliss and diving deep into the profound silence that follows.
Kevin James and his partner Susana have been traveling the globe with the intention of joining hearts together with Mantra and Heartsongs to re-connect and remember who we are beyond the illusions of ego. Kevin believes from this state of being we can be harmonious in our existence.

ALRUNA aims to hold a ceremonial space where it is possible for anyone who feels called to experience a sense of deep interconnectedness.
Our vision is strikingly simple.
In a world that is constantly spinning faster and faster our invitation for you is to SLOW down and feel yourself if only for a moment. If you are able to let go and let life do its thing instead of you DOING it only for a few seconds you will feel it. You will BE it. From that space anything is possible.
We want to create a sanctuary in the middle of Stockholm, a safe haven if you will, with a collective intention to open up our hearts. We believe the healing potential that lies within this co-created field of love and relaxation is enormous.
