Mer än tjugo människor utgör denna amatörorkester från Berlin som turnerar i Sverige under sommaren 2024.
Kammarorkestern Da Ponte Berlin grundades år 1995, då som nu under ledning av Tassilo Kaiser.
Vi är en lekmannabaserad orkester, där namnet Da Ponte också bildar ledmotiv: att bygga broar – mellan generationer, nationaliteter, professionella musiker och musikälskande lekmän. Orkesterns medlemmar har skilda yrkesbanor och åldersnivåer, men i repetitionsarbete och konsert samt på konsertresor till Italien, Frankrike och Sverige har vi erfarit det gemensamma musikskapandets förbindande kraft. En öppning mot det oanade.
Vi gläder oss åt att i år för tredje gången få ge konserter i Sverige.
Programmet innehåller verk av Telemann, Vivaldi, Mozart, Bruckner och Bartók.
