Vi är fantastiskt glada att kunna presentera detta unika möte mellan Per Texas Johansson och en för tillfället sammansatt kammarensemble.
Per Texas Johansson har sedan 80-talet varit en vital och viktig del av det svenska jazzlivet. Per Texas plattor Man kan lika gärna leva och Alla mina kompisar som gavs ut sent 90-tal har fostrat en hel generation av unga jazzmusiker. Efter en lång paus från musiken återvände Per Texas med buller och brak 2015. Ny grupp och ny musik resulterade i De långa rulltrapporna i Flemingsberg! (som fick Orkesterjournalens utmärkelse Gyllene Skiva 2015)
Det blir ett personligt möte mellan noterat och improviserat, ensemblen och Per Texas Johansson. Det i form av fyra nyskrivna stycken komponerade av kompositionsstudenterna Birgitta Flick, Teodor Wolgers, Lina Nyberg och Anders Björk.
