Kalle Baah, det smått legendariska sexmannabandet som tog reggaemusiken till Sverige i början på 80-talet kommer till Hugo torsdagen den 30e juli för att bjuda på en storslagen konsert på vår utomhusscen.
Bandet går på scenen 22.00.
18årsgräns.
Kort om bandet:
Trots att mer än 30 år har gått sedan starten är Kalle Baah fortfarande lika aktuella och uppskattade på konsertscener runt om i landet. Allt började i slutet på 70-talet i det lilla samhället Skärblacka utanför Norrköping. Janne Karlsson råkade höra låten "She's Gone" med Bob Marley spelas på radion, och resten är historia. När Kalle Baah, Peps Persson och en handfull andra artister tog reggaen till Sverigelade de grunden till det svenska reggaesoundet. Med samma glöd som på 80-talet, turnérar och spelar bandet flitigt än idag. Med den ökade popularitet som svensk reggae vunnit på senare år har en ny generation upptäckt sina föräldrars gamla idoler.
