Yoga recharge är för alla, vare sig du är nybörjare eller prövat yoga tidigare. Genom olika övningar jobbar vi mot att hitta vår egen balans av aktivitet och vila, fysisk ansträngning och mental avslappning. Kom som du är med ett öppet sinne!
