Varmt välkomna till årets julkonsert med InCantus, under ledning av Håkan Olsson Reising.
I år bjuder vi på en härlig blandning av traditionella och moderna julsånger. Konserten kommer även bjuda på uruppförande av några helt nyskrivna arrangemang!
Förutom stämningsfull musik och julefrid bjuder vi även på glögg och pepparkakor i pausen.Väl mött i Rudbeckianska gymnasiets aula kl 16.00!
Barn under 16 går gratis!
Organiser
På Västerås körhimmel finns sedan 2015 InCantus, en blandad kör bestående av ca 30 erfarna och engagerade sångare som älskar att framföra bra musik på ett engagerat sätt. Alla sångare har gedigen erfarenhet från tidigare körengagemang.
InCantus har redan hunnit med både kyrkokonserter och mer profana engagemang i Västerås, Stockholm, Örebro, Köping, Varnhem, Halmstad, Lund, Malmö, Borlänge, Avesta/Grytnäs och Sala. Kören åkte på sin första utlandsturné våren 2019. Kören genomförde konserter i Trier, Koblenz, Mannheim samt Karlsruhe. Programmet från Tysklandsturnén framfördes även i Eric Ericsonhallen i Stockholm i september 2019. Kören har också samarbetat med Västerås Sinfonietta vid flera tillfällen, 2017 vid ett konsertant framförande av Figaros Bröllop, 2018 med Lars-Erik Larssons Förklädd gud i Folkoperans regi och i augusti 2019 med Sibelius Snöfrid där Stina Ekblad även medverkade. I månadsskiftet maj-juni 2019 genomförde InCantus en turné till Tyskland.
Våren 2022 framförde InCantus Händels Messias tillsammans med Svenska Barockorkestern, Hanna Husáhr, Kristina Hammarström, Jonas Degerfeldt.
InCantus inriktning är klassisk körmusik, allt från renässans till det allra modernaste. Även lättare genrer finner sin plats i programmet där så är lämpligt. Allt sker med hög ambition och stor entusiasm.

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
