Linköpings blandade studentkör Chorus Lin fyller 40 år och bjuder in till en glittrande festlig jubileumskonsert på självaste pingstafton i Katedralskolans aula.
Programmet tar oss med på en musikalisk resa i tid och rum. Vi bjuds på klassisk körlyrik, pop och folkmusik från olika delar av världen. Flera av körens och den trogna publikens favoritstycken finns givetvis med. I en särskild avdelning framförs musik från länder där körens utländska medlemmar har sina rötter: Island, Ukraina, Tyskland och Kina.
Lite jojk, keltisk dans och finsk polka på det – så har vi en härlig blandning helt i Chorus Lins anda. Kören går under epitetet Linköpings blandade studentkör, vilket inte bara syftar på blandningen av medlemmar, utan också på den breda och varierande repertoaren. Det kommer sannerligen att återspeglas i denna jubileumskonsert. Varmt välkomna att fira 40 år med Chorus Lin!
