Äntligen kan vi bjuda in till en av vinterns höjdpunkter!
Nordanåteatern intas av helt otroligt duktiga musiker i februari 2019. Johan Airijoki som 2017 smällde av en euforisk spelning i Trästockfestivalens Campustält tillsammans med Malmfältens rockklubb. I Johan Airijokis musik hörs Norrland, bakom hans egensinnigt vackra melodier skymtar ljud från snöskotrar på väg hem från bykrogen. Musikaliskt handlar det om en form av bluesrock som blandas upp av såväl popharmonier som hiphopfraseringar. Det är ömsom tungt som en malmtruck, ömsom finstämt som en varm brasa.
På scenen ställer sig också Mi von Ahn. Även hon en artist med rötterna i Norrland. Den musikaliska upplevelsen kan liknas vid en rytmisk resa genom ett dramatiskt landskap där storslagna fjäll varvas med stillsamma sjöar. Texterna genomsyras av det jordnära allvar som präglar hennes person. Helhetsupplevelsen blir ett nytt format där den traditionella singer-songwriter-genren möter en modern eskapism.
Sammantaget vet vi att det här kommer att värma upp februaris iskalla klimat till en kokandes kväll på Skellefteås klassiska scen. Med varma, inbjudande och helt fantastiska artister är det här någonting du absolut inte får missa!
