JESSE
Föddes 2007 ur huvudet på två frustrerade tonårsmusiker som sökte efter ett nytt musikaliskt uttryck för att tillfredsställa deras hedonistiska behov. Alter-egona Kalifornia-Keke och Stiletti-Ana skapades för att framställa snabb, arrogant elektronisk musik i omodern utstyrsel. Detta geniala koncept mynnade ut i en oavsiktlig succé. Snart var det inte längre utmanande för deras kreativa sinnen och Keke och Ana började utforska ett vidare spektra och bjöd in andra musiker för att skapa komplex "high flying music". De har fortsatt på denna experimentella bana in bland världsmusiken, afrobeat, funk, ambient, och kosmisk disko och har samtidigt vuxit till ett fyramannaband. Med outtömlig förkärlek för lummig, smooth, new age-vibb har detta också blivit JESSEs signatursound.

"Stjärnornas musik" och "musik att köra vilse till" är omdömen som droppats om Tross musik. Omdömen som säkert beror på bandets förmåga att placera lyssnaren i en bubbla av introspektion och verklighetsflykt…i positiv bemärkelse!
På kommande album The Overview Effect (Höga Nord Rekords) fokuserar bandet med hjälp av disco och djungelfunk mer på rytm än på tidigare släpp och skapar nu dansmusik för den drömmande generationen. Tross har därför lyckats få in mer av nerven från deras livespelningar än tidigare på skiva.
