JEFFREY LEWIS & LOS BOLTS
Jeffrey Lewis är en av de mer välkända och hyllade musikerna sammankopplad med New York’s AntiFolk-scen. Han skriver skarpa, litterära och ibland fantastiskt roliga låtar om livet i en storstad, vardagliga betraktelser, historia och underground-kultur. I oktober 2015 släpptes senaste albumet ”Manhattan”, hans sjunde album på Rough Trade Records och 20+ totalt. Albumet är döpt och inspirerat av New York City och är en ömsint skildring av ögonblick från en av de mest talangfulla låtskrivarna som finns.

HOLY NOW
Göteborgsbaserade Holy Now växte fram ur en stark längtan att spela musik som verkligen kändes. Med klängiga melodier, skräniga trummor och slamrande refränger plogar de sig fram med hjärtat i halsgropen. Tidlös pop som strävar framåt likt Alvvays, Jesus And Mary Chain eller Angel Olsen. Holy Now’s musik är ärlig och hjärtskärande om att vilja ha någon så mycket att det blir fel. Att lämna, att gå tillbaka, att glömma. Att aldrig kunna stanna.
Julia Olander, Ylva Holmdahl, Samuel Von Bahr och Hampus Eiderström Swahn skapar musik som vibrerar och svettas. Första singeln ”Wake Up” släpptes 1:a April via Lazy Octopus och mottogs varm över hela internet. ”Sorry I Messed Up EP” släpptes digitalt och på limiterad kassett den 6 maj på Lazy Octopus / Luxury.
