JACKIE
Jackie är ett stockholmsband med rötter från Vällingby-trakten och har spelat ihop i många år. Bandet har tidigare släppt albumen Greatest Love Songs (2012) och Joy (2014), varav den senaste blivit positivt uppmärksammat på sidor som Spacerockmountain: "Jackie is a relatively calm band of fuzzy dream pop with a psychedelic mood. They have echoey vocals that are subtle behind the looping guitars and the general light noisiness and distortion. That lovely blend of light melody and cacophonous that when balanced well allows the mind to wander around in a song like an odd daydream."

I have not received my Jackie ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Jackie tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Jackie tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Jackie ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
