Artan Mansouri:
Artan has worked in art, fashion and with startups specialising in digital solutions. He's previously worked with brands such as Google, NASA and Lexus. Before dedicating himself to his current venture, Tracy, he worked at Saatchi & Saatchi Fallon Tokyo.
Artan is running a crowdfunding campaign for Tracy, a tracker for dogs. With more than 2 weeks left to the end of the campaign, they have already passed their goal by more than 89%. The campaign has already been featured by Veckans Affär, SvD, Breakit and many others.
Artan gives frequent lectures about innovation and is currently a member of Berghs School of Communication advisory board.
Arezou Baghy:
Arezoo is founder of PersiskArt.com, which is a social entrepreneurship effort to enable Iranian women to enter international handicraft and art markets.
She was born 31 years ago in Iran. Since an early age, she became interested in social sciences and art, which is why she pursued her education in psychology and behavioral sciences.
Arezoo has been always passionate about handicrafts. Through her interaction with female artists, she soon learned that the major shares of profits are absorbed in mainstream exhibitions and not by artists mainly in small towns and rural areas. She has travelled around Iran and met with artists directly currently more than 40 of them committed to work with PersiskArt.com. Arezoo’s entrepreneurial spirit joined forces with her passion for handicrafts to launch this social entrepreneurial work. She will share her story and lessons with us.
