För endast 895:- får du ett fullspäckat intensivt träningsläger över två dagar.
- Träning 1 5/12, 10.00 - 12.00
- 12-13.30 Gemensam lunch. Teoripass 1. - Medan vi äter The Beach´s klassiska kycklingspett med sweet chilisås & ris berättar Petter Jonsson om hur vi med enkla medel får ett tryggare grundspel där fokus ligger på rörelsemönster för mottagning, pass och anfall.
- Träning 2 5/12, 13.30 - 15.00
- Träning 3 6/12, 10.00 - 12.00
- 12.00 - 13.30 Lunch & avslutning - Vi serverar The Beach´s Kyckling & Baconsallad med pasta. Petter berättar om hur det funkar att träna organiserat och vilka möjligheter som finns för den som vill fortsätta träna & spela beachvolley.

Nått att spela i. Vi har varmt hos oss så de flesta spelar i shorts & linne eller liknande. Vattenflaska är bra att ha. Vi säljer på plats såväl vatten, sportdryck, proteindryck osv.
