- Träning 1 22/5, 18.00 - 19.30
- Middag & teori 1 - Medan vi äter The Beach´s klassiska kycklingspett med sweet chilisås & ris föreläser Petter Jonsson om hur vi med enkla medel får ett tryggare grundspel där fokus ligger på rörelsemönster för mottagning, pass och anfall.
- Träning 2 22/5, 21.00 - 22.30
- Träning 3 23/5, 10.00 - 11.30
- Lunch - The Beach´s Kyckling & Baconsallad med pasta. På våra skärmar snurrar vi utvalda klipp med beachvolley för inspiration inför avslutningen av dagen.
- Träning 4 23/5, 13.00 -14.00
- Turnering 23/5, 14-15 Vi avslutar kursen med att du får testa dina nya skills i matchsituation.

Du behöver:
Nått att spela i. Vi har varmt hos oss så de flesta spelar i shorts & linne eller liknande. Vattenflaska är bra att ha. Vi säljer på plats såväl vatten, sportdryck, proteindryck osv.
