Description
We have the pleasure to announce our Nordic workshop tour with Knut Koivisto in late January and February 2020. Knut will share his experience in portrait photograph and best practice tips with you in 9 different cities within the Nordic region. Knut started his own studio in 1997 and since then became one of the most renowned Nordic portrait photographers. He’s especially famous for his “Wall of Fame” at Fotografiska in Stockholm, which is a collection of some of the best international photographers in the world, such as Joyce Tenneson, Ellen von Unwerth, Albert Watson, Anton Corbijn, Sebastiao Salgado and James Nachtwey and many more.
Knut, official Fujifilm ambassador and Profoto partner, has already inspired many photographers with his seminars and workshops in portrait photography throughout Europe and now it’s your chance to get his best practice tips. In this workshop you will learn how to create authentic portraits with a simple set-up by mixing flashlight with ambient light.
Knut will shoot with his Fujifilm camera X-T3 and Profoto A1X and B10, but you will have the chance to shoot with your own camera and use the Profoto flashes, no matter which camera brand you use.

A commitment to light shaping excellence today, and tomorrow.
Profoto is more than a brand. Profoto is more than the world-leading light shaping products we make.
Profoto is dedicated to making every image the best it can possibly be by helping the creator bring the very best quality of light to the image. And when you consider there are literally billions of images taken every single day, you start to truly understand the full extent of our commitment to light shaping excellence.
That dedication and passion have been imprinted in our DNA from the very beginning.
50 years ago, our founders Conny Dufgran and Eckhard Heine resolved to make the very best flash for the very best photographers, and they succeeded. That’s a standard that we don’t only aim to maintain but to surpass.
Because we believe that light is the indispensable heart of all image creation, no matter what the camera, no matter what the situation, the ability to create amazing images is directly linked to the ability to master light shaping.
That core principle is the key to enabling a world filled with incredible images and the purpose of every single light shaping tool we make.
