Henning på Festaurang
Henning har blivit kallad "Masthuggets Mark Knopfler" men har också "ett uttryck så självklart vore han född med det" enligt DN. Som gitarrist har han turnerat med bland andra Tomas Andersson Wij, Lill-Babs, Daniel Gilbert och Sofia Karlsson. Under eget namn gör han gitarrbaserad mjukrock på svenska som funnit en stor spridning hos en publik som uppskattar både jordnära vardagsbetraktelser och ett gitarrsolo som tar dom till ett annat universum, långt långt bort.Henning har mejslat ut en alldeles egen nisch i det svenska musiklandskapet under de senaste åren.
Debutalbumet ”Galileo” (2018) och uppföljaren ”Nätter utan dagar” (2019) fann snabbt en plats hos alla som saknat en sparsmakad gitarrhjälte med snillrika texter och fästande refränger. Sonic Magazine kallade ”Nätter utan dagar” för ett album som ”verkligen tar hand om den som tar sig tid” –en målande beskrivning av hela Hennings musikaliskavärld. Albumet ”Under träden” (2021) gav oss två radioroterande låtar ”Rock N Roll” och ”Första gången”. Dubbelsläppet med en instrumentalskiva samt en spretigt folkrockig utflykt -”Skymningsmusik för dagdrömmare” och ”Blå Lotus” -släpptes 2022 och ledde bland annat till ett framträdande i SVT.
