Under denna föreläsning kommer holistisk coach och kroppsterapeut Patric Svanberg gå igenom sin syn på Holistisk hälsa och ge dig förklaring på varför du behöver skapa förutsättningar för dig själv att må bra.
Du kommer få lära dig mer om hur balans och harmoni skapas och vad du själv kan göra för att påverka det.
Patric kommer gå igenom tre olika områden av hälsa. M.K.F som står för Mental hälsa, känslomässig balans och fysisk styrka.
Nedan är en sammanfattning över föreläsningens olika delar:
• Kroppen strävar alltid efter balans, både fysiskt och mentalt.
• Stress, ohälsosam kost och brist på motion kan rubba denna balans och leda till trötthet, utbrändhet och sjukdom.
• Kroppen signalerar när den är ur balans genom trötthet, smärta, obehag eller sjukdom.
• Vi har förmågan att lyssna på dessa signaler och återställa balansen.
