GRILLED CHEESE – VS – MAC & CHEESE
Ett pop up koncept för alla som älskar smält ost sammansatt av Grilled Cheese Sthlm där vi tar över Austin Food Works två söndagar i mars och sätter ihop en helt galen trerätters avsmakningsmeny.
Denna biljett gäller för söndagen 6 mars (dörrarna öppnas kl 18:30, eventet börjat kl. 19:00)
Vi släpper endast 50 platser per kväll och det är enbart förköp som gäller. Varje paket kostar 495kr per person inkl. moms.

Soulistic Food Truck, vinnaren av Grilled Cheese Sthlm festivalen 2015 kommer att laga sin vinnande Grilled Cheese; Black Magic Beef Steak Toast
Mac N Cheese Party, kända från bl.a. Matholmen och Hornstulls marknad, kommer att laga sin grymma Truffle Mac n Cheese.
Avslutningsvis så kommer köksmästaren Micke Söderberg från Austin Food Works att servera sin mashup; Mac n Cheese Grilled Cheese Sandwich.
DRYCK
I varje paket ingår även en ölprovning, där de tre rätterna parats ihop med en varsin matchande öl från bryggmästaren Andres Furukawa och hans Macken Bryggeri. Slussen (extra special bitter), Shogun Assassin (ice sake ale) och hans senaste Quorthon (brown ale). Andres kommer att vara på plats och berätta om ölen.
