11.45-13.00: Avspänning och meditation.
13.00: Speciel mat för Gravida
14.00-15.00: Promenad i Bokskogen
Yogamatta och filt finns.
En trevlig hälsa dag med andra gravida, Yoga, motion, meditation, avspänning, sund mat och
trevligt sällskap.

Om Omkarananda Morten Jepsen:
Han är elev av Satyananda traditionen och dess lärare, men är också mycket inspirerad av zen buddism och Eckhart Tolle. Har i dom senare åren tagit Ashtanga yoga och Ayur Vedisk utbildning och har drivit yoga och meditations utbildingar genom många år. Sedan 2000 har Omkarananda varit aktiv i Sydsverige och han har startat Klassisk Yoga och Meditation i centrala Malmö och Lund, och driver nu IdunSynergi.com i Bokskogen. Omkara har deltagit på internationella yoga kongresser, och han har skrivit och fotograferat till olika yogatidskrifter och hemsidor.
