Stockholmsduon Stilla Havet, bestående av Elias Eriksson och August Borg, har lyckats
spränga allting som kan kallas för språkbarriärer, efter turnerandet i Tyskland, Frankrike, och
i Japan och Thailand, så sent som i juni 2023. Med en holistisk syn på syntpop och dess
estetik blir Stilla Havet en universell angelägenhet. Förra året släpptes albumet Natten, en
tolv låtar lång upplevelse av kraut klädd i neon, ett mullrande mörker under en himmel av
diskokulor, och en längtan efter kärlek i en dystopi. Tillsammans med Christian Gabel (bob
hund, 1900) som producent skildrar Stilla Havet vår samtid på ett gripande sätt.

Göteborgsduon Abus Lang växte fram under en långdragen och kall höst på Ringön. Någon
gång efter en magisk taxiresa genom Tingstadstunneln på väg till studion, med Blue Monday
spelandes på orimligt hög volym och en chaufför som blev alldeles till sig och glömde tid och
rum, beslöt duon sig för att det var dags att skaffa sig en trummaskin och synthar. På
senaste singeln Golden Touch serveras pulserande synthmattor, statiska trummaskiner och
skitiga Vänersborgsgitarrer.

Tillgänglighet
Kulturhuset Oceanen är en Q-märkt, kulturhistorisk byggnad vilket är en utmaning när det kommer till tillgänglighet. Vi gör vårt bästa för att så många som möjligt ska kunna besöka oss. Vid besök med rörelsehjälpmedel är ingången via entrén till scenen bäst anpassad. Denna nås genom Gathenhielmska trädgården. Ingången är låst, därför ber vi er att höra av er en dag innan ert besök och senast fredag 16:00 om ni ska besöka oss över helgen. Rullstolsanpassad toalett finns i scenlokalen. Obs! blinkande ljus kan förekomma under konserter och event. Vid frågor gällande tillgänglighet kontakta Mia Herman, mia@oceanen.com.
