I samarbete med Titli Wellness & Development arrangeras en fartfylld kväll med fokus på personlig utveckling & att höja sin egen lägsta nivå!
Jag, Ann-Sofie Fryxell, delar med mig av min personliga framgångsresa från att ha varit ett medberoende trasigt maskrosbarn till att idag må bra i mig själv, startat två företag & ha utvecklat en egen modell: GoBack2Basics.
GoBack2Basics handlar om hur hjärnan fungerar, hur du kan ”bio-hacka” rådande programmering mha dofter, musik, mental träning, skratt, rörelse, färgpsykologi mm för att underlätta olika känslolägen. Modellen innefattar även förhållningssätt till flocken omkring oss - hur vi i praktiken kan sätta gränser för att må bra. Du får även reflektera över ansvaret över ditt eget liv (i tystnad - du, papper & penna) & testa på hur modellen snabbare tar dig dit du önskar.
Ni kommer få skratta & bli berörda. Få lite tough love! Höra många sanningar! Känna hopp, styrka & tillit till din kraft att påverka ditt liv i den riktning du vill. En nytändning utlovas! Denna gång i en liten intim föreläsningsmiljö på max 18 personer. I en flock med likasinnade. Unna dig en riktig feelgoodkväll med fokus på dig.
Ta med dig dina närmaste både på jobbet och privat. Ju fler runt dig som arbetar aktivt med att fokusera på sitt bästa jag desto bättre kommer relationerna bli runt dig!

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your GoBack2Basics FAGERSTA tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
