Vill du lära dig mer om löpning? Nu på måndag är sista träningstillfället med Gästcoach Magnus.
Förutom att han höll i vår workshop om löpteknik och intervallträning så är Magnus Hagström vår nästa gästcoach. Han är proffset, PT:n och löpcoach. Magnus är även utbildare på The Academy, specialist inom distanslöpning och har bland annat skrivit boken ”Snabbare, starkare, löpare”.
Tre måndagar i rad så finns Magnus på plats hos oss som vår gästcoach. Vid varje träningstillfälle så fördjupar vi oss inom löpning & teknik. Perfekt för dig som vill lära dig mer inom ämnet.
