Frida Hyvönen albumdebuterade 2005 med ”Until Death Comes". Två ytterligare engelskspråkiga album följde, ”Silence is Wild” (2008) och ”To the Soul” (2012), samt de båda specialutgåvorna "Frida Hyvönen Gives You: Music from the Dance Performance Pudel” (2007) och "Frida Hyvönen Gives You: Music from Drottninglandet” (2009). 2016 bytte Frida till det svenska språket med albumet ”Kvinnor och barn”, som vann två Grammis i kategorierna Årets textförfattare och Årets kompositör.
