Doftsinnet skiljer sig från våra "högre" sinnen, syn och hörsel eftersom det är särskilt svårt att beskriva dofter med ord. Jag kommer att presentera forskning om dofternas språk, hur vår kultur och våra hjärnsystem skänker mening åt doftintryck, och hur min forskargrupp utvecklar nya metoder som kan göra oss till doftexperter.
