Tierp Hockey är en liten förening men förknippas med stor hockeykultur. Föreningen har fostrat en rad duktiga hockeyspelare genom åren. Peter Eriksson, Peter Gustafsson, Mikael Wahlberg, Per Löfström, Jonas Löfström, Johan Holmqvist är några ur högen som via Tierp Hockey gått till Brynäs och sedan också vidare till t.ex. Tre Kronor, Leksand, Modo, Frölunda, New York Rangers, Dallas Stars, Tampa Bay, Eisbären Berlin, Iserloner EC, IFK Helsingfors, Tappara.
Vår förening är till för Er som är nybörjare, förälder, ledare, spelare, supporter eller som finns inom näringslivet. Tillsammans kan vi göra Tierp Hockey till en attraktiv förening att verka i. Vi är en ideell förening, vilket betyder att verksamheten grundas på något som svensk idrott har som sin grundidé, en strävan efter ett högre gemensamt värde.

Klubbkänsla och gemenskap är avgörande beståndsdelar för nya framgångar. I detta finns den fostran och det sociala ansvar som tas för de barn och ungdomar som ingår i verksamheten.
