Experience the deep calm and healing power of nature during a forest bathing walk in the Nacka reserve in Stockholm. On June 30, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., I invite you to a day filled with silence and spiritual care in the midst of nature.
Place: we meet at 11:00 next to Björkhagen metro station and we will walk to Nackareservatet.
Distance and Duration: the whole walk will be around 2 - 3 km, and will take around 2,5 - 3 hours. It won't be hiking, but a very slow and calm walk.
Take comfortable shoes and clothes according to the weather. Please take water and a sitting pad.
Forest bathing, or "shinrin-yoku", is a Japanese practice that involves bathing in nature's atmosphere and forest energy to promote meditation and well-being. Under guidance, you will learn to use all your senses to truly relax and deepen your experience in the forest. This is an opportunity to escape everyday stress and recharge with new energy by being present in the present.
The tickets cost only SEK 200 and this is an investment in your well-being that you don't want to miss. Whether you are new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, this walk will provide you with the tools and insights to improve your mental and physical health.
