Peter Streijffert är författaren, kocken, odlaren och föreläsaren som älskar att upptäcka smaker och se hur de bäst passar ihop. Han är även tvåfaldig vinnare av priset Årets kokbok i kategorin ”Mat och dryck i kombination” av Måltidsakademin
Peter är en miljökämpe som själv odlar det mesta av sin egen mat och gärna berättar om sina knep. Föreläsningar om stadsodling, ekologisk odling eller mat- och vinprovningar sker alltid med ett gott humör. Och en ukulele nära till hands.
I den här presentationen av en stadsodling får du en intressant mix av föreläsning, guidning och provsmakning.
Peter visar hur gatuodlingen är uppbyggd och fungerar och svarar gärna på frågor kring praktiska detaljer. Det blir inblickar i exempelvis solcellsdrivna bevattningssystem, odling med hjälp av bokashikompostering, hugelbäddar och permakultur. Dessutom bjuds det kanske på smakprover från det som för tillfället är skördat från stadsodlingen.

Kulturhuset Älta drivs på uppdrag av Nacka kommun. Här finns det spännande aktiviteter för olika åldrar. Vi hyr ut lokaler till dans, teater, konserter, rep, cirkus, målarkurser, musik, möten mm.
