Florence Valentin - Under hösten 2020 släppte Florence Valentin sitt nya album ”Det var en gång” – det första släppet sedan 2009 års ikonska ”Spring Ricco”. Efterlängtat är bara förnamnet och redan nu finns de första singlarna ”Tävla!!!” och ”Ögonblick av klarhet” ute.
Under det tidiga 2000-talet gjorde Stockholmsbandet Florence Valentin entré på den svenska musikscenen. Debutsingeln ”Allt dom bygger upp ska vi meja ner” gav stor uppståndelse i press och när debut-EP:n med samma namn släpptes kort tid därefter stod det klart att landets indierockscen fått en ny favorit. Med fullängdsalbumen “Jonny Drama” (2004), “Pokerkväll i Vårby Gård” (2007) och det sista och avslutande ”Spring Ricco” (2009) gjorde bandet ett stort antal turnéer över hela landet under sina verksamma år.
KATTHEM - Katthem består av fyra multiinstrumentalister med flytande roller. Bandet gör indie punk som sällskapas av distade gitarrer och popmelodier med influenser av western, jazz och stoner-rock.
I fjol albumdebuterade de med Vackra Lögnerskor- en lekfull men farlig berg- och dalbana som färdas genom musikaliska influenser och sinnesstämningar. Med låtar om allt från svartsjukt mord och köttkonsumtion till Leif GW Persson, blev de uppmärksammade för sin genreöverskridande originalitet av bland annat Göteborgsposten, Nöjesguiden och DN Kultur. Albumet blev även prisbelönt i kategorin Årets punk på Manifestgalan.
