Hej!
Nu startar vi upp utomhusträningen i Sjömarken för 2:a året i rad och satsar på ett nytt och härligt år med träning och gemenskap! Det bästa av allt är att träningen hålls utomhus.
Är du redo för att investera 4-veckor för att ge din fysik och hälsa ett nytt liv? Vill du få fart på kroppen och komma igång med din träning? Vill du få snabba resultat? Då har du kommit rätt!
Träna utomhus under 4-veckor i samma grupp för endast 199:-. Det utlovas glada människor, skratt och en god känsla i kropp och själ.
Vi tränar måndagar och torsdagar kl 18:30 - 19:15. Träningen är öppen för alla som vill minska andelen kroppsfett eller öka mager muskelmassa. Vi tränar med kroppen som belastning och träningen är upplagd så att den passar alla. Vi har SUPERKUL och det finns plats för alla.
I utmaningen ingår följande:
2 träningspass per vecka
Livsstilsanalys med kostplan (om man vill)
Kroppscanning (om man vill)
Personlig Coachning
Sluten Facebook grupp med idéer, tips och info
Första passet 28/3 önskar vi att alla deltagare kommer 10 min innan start.
Vi använder oss av säker betalning med klarna. Vill man kan man swisha anmälningsavgift på plats vid första träningspasset.
