Fermenterade livsmedel är inte bara oerhört smakrika utan de innehåller miljontals små levande mikroorganismer som främjar tarmfloran och hjälper matsmältningen på ett helt naturligt sätt.
Under kursen går vi igenom olika fermenteringsmetoder och du kommer lära dig att fermentera diverse grönsaker & dryck.
Teorin varvas med praktik och du får med hem några glas grönsaker som du förbereder under kursen.
Vi kommer dessutom provsmaka en del fermenterade produkter som tex. kombucha och tempeh.
Under kursen lär du dig rätt teknik och får tips & trix hur du lyckas med fermenterad mat i ditt hemmakök.

På Eldsjäl erbjuder vi olika arrangemang & kurser med fokus på traditionellt mathantverk och lokala råvaror. Här får ni umgås kring bakbordet, lära er mer om klassisk mathantverk eller baka pizza i vår stora vedeldade stenugn tillsammans med kollegor & vänner. Under vårt sidorspår Eldsjäl-kreativ hittar du kreativa worshops och pysselkvällar där du kan låta kreativiteten flöda och skapa unika konstverk.

I have not received my FERMENTERA MERA! ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your FERMENTERA MERA! tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
