Den här kvällen kommer med utgångspunkt i modern beteendeforskning och neurovetenskap ge perspektiv på vanans makt - och hur vi med insikt, övningar och tålamod kan lära oss att göra förändringar som vi vill.
Kvällen sker i workshopform, där korta föreläsningar varvas med egna personliga reflektionsövningar och samtal i grupp.
