På medeltiden svepte digerdöden in över Europa och dödade massor av människor. Spåren går att se i konsten och i berättelser från den tiden. Precis som då så lever vi just nu i en tid strax efter en stor pandemi. Vi pratar med om sjukdomar, bakterier och virus och tittar närmare på pestens offer.

Välkomna till södra Sveriges största arkeologiska museum, där du kan
hitta såväl historia, arkeologi och konst som och mynt. I
utställningen Barbaricum finns de fantasieggande fynden från Nordens
största järnåldersstad – Uppåkra. Vägg i vägg visas föremål från Skånes
sten-, brons-, och järnålder. Den vackra myntutställningen rymmer bland
annat medeltidens största myntskatt. Från skånska kyrkor kommer
medeltida helgonskulpturer liksom praktfulla guld- och silverföremål.
