Gastronaut är ett bookazine för dig som brinner extra för mat och
dryck och vill göra smakliga upptäcktsfärder i tid, rum och tanke. Vi
ger oss ut i ett universum där mycket finns att upptäcka.
Gastronaut
kommer att vara både oväntad och tillgänglig, seriös och rolig,
passionerad och klyftig. Gastronaut är en tidning för den vetgirige, där
vi smakar på korv på Gotland, berättar om frukost i Seoul, Amerikas
första ananaspaj, naturviner i Tblisi och barbecue i Årsta.
Vi
tipsar också om hur man tar hand om äppelskörden, röker sitt eget bacon,
wokar tofu och tipsar om vilken öl som passar bäst till chiliburgare.
