Ledarskap brukar definieras som en indirekt påverkansprocess som förflyttar följare mot ett mål. Det handlar om makt och inflytande över andra. Etik, däremot, brukar förknippas med hänsynstagande och respekt. Hur går dessa två ihop? Under seminariet kommer Axel Carlberg att belysa detta komplexa förhållande utifrån sin nyligen publicerade bok ”Etik i krisens skugga. Det nya ledarskapets krav och möjligheter”. Seminariet kan intressera alla som är nyfikna på ämnet och vill förestå, på ett mer filosofiskt sätt, den sociala dynamiken som de utövar eller utsätts för.
Axel Carlberg är doktor i etik och filosofisk praktiker. Han jobbar sedan nästan tjugo år med ledarskap och organisationsutveckling i olika sammanhang och typer av uppdrag.
