Denna utövning är en effektiv reningsträning genom vilken vi kan rena vårt sinne från tidigare negativa handlingar och tankar. Utövningen består av bugningar till de 35 bekännelsebuddhorna.
Vi kommer inledningsvis att bekanta oss med bekännelsebuddhorna och lära oss några av reningsträningens välgörande aspekter. Därefter följer själva bugningsutövningen. Genom tillitsfull utövning kan vi rena våra hinder och vår negativitet och gradvis öka förståelse av vår fulla potential.
Inga förkunskaper krävs.

Gen Keslang Jangdom
Gen Kelsang Jangdom är huvudlärare på Kadampa Meditationscenter
och har tjugo års erfarenhet av meditation och buddhism. Han är djupt uppskattad för sin inspirerande och praktiska undervisning samt hans glädjefulla sätt att förmedla Buddhas djupa läror.
