Letar du efter ett rofyllt alternativ till att fira nyårsafton i år?
Då är du välkommen att delta i ett alkoholfritt nyårsfirande på Kadampa Meditationscenter.
Kvällen börjar med en avslappnande meditation med tända ljus följt av en vegetarisk buffé, musikunderhållning och ett föredrag om hur vi kan väcka vår potential för lycka och välmående. Vi kommer också att kunna reflektera över året som gått och skapa avsikter för det kommande året. Slutligen kommer vi att delta i en upplyftande sjungen meditation för att hälsa det nya årets ingång vid midnatt och tillägna för fred på jorden.
Denna tillställning är öppen för alla och du behöver inte vara buddhist för att delta eller uppskatta det.
