ELINA RYD
Elina Ryd har hyllats för sin unika röst och gjort sig känd som en unik poet. Till hösten släpper hon äntligen efterlängtat nytt material, med en singel i slutet av sommaren och påföljande EP senare i höst. Sångerskan, låtskrivaren och kompositören Elina Ryd har en alldeles speciell förmåga att trollbinda sin publik och till sensommaren åker Elina med sitt band på sin första stora turné som startar i Halmstad och slutar på Stadsteatern i Göteborg. Hennes repertoar sträcker sig från pop och rock till visa och poesi, som hon blandar med sina egna infall och idéer för att skapa något helt unikt. Första singeln släpps den 18 augusti och hela ep:n släpps den 22 september.
Elina Ryd är född i Jönköping men har sedan barnsben bott i Göteborg och växte upp i Linnéstaden omgiven av en familj där musiken alltid var närvarande. Elina har gjort studerat till musiker vid Göteborgs Universitet och har under åren figurerat i konstellationer som bland annat Midnattsorkestern, Blue Naná, Red Hot Mamas och Secnec. Elina släppte sin debut »Falla« år 2017 och uppföljaren »Den Luft« 2019.

KIITOS FÖR ALLTING
Kiitos för allting bildades 2022 på en bodega, och när lapsteel-Karin satte penna till papper efter en baluns i Tjörnarp blev kvintetten, som enligt egen utsago spelar bruksortscountry på svenska, komplett. Sedan dess kuskar man upp och ned genom gamla svedala och har förutom att spela för fulla hus i nya hemstaden Malmö supportat David Ritschard och Vit Päls. Musiken har beskrivits som Tarantino-country och låttexterna sprider ordet om verket i Oxelösund, Amazon bar i Flen och givetvis brukshotellet i Hallstahammar.
Debut-EP:n ”Fågel, fisk eller mellanöl?” släpptes på Spotify 19 januari 2024
