Duschpalatset
Sprungna ur Umeås tradition av gitarrstök har Duschpalatset sedan debuten 2017 hunnit med att släppa albumen ”Vinnarmusik” och “Baby” och spela runt på landets indieklubbar. Med texter skrivna som om de vore små Lukas Moodyson-manus i hyperhastighet, tonsatt av svensk skramlig heartland-pop med filtvarma syntmattor, har Viktor, Alva, Carro och Nike fått ett eget litet hörn på den svenska musikhimlen. Efter de senaste årens turnéer i Sverige och Storbritannien med utsålda konserter arbetar bandet nu med ny musik som ser dagens ljus 2024.
Sekunderna
från Umeå spelar power pop-influerad punkrock på svenska och har bland annat beskrivits som ”Swedish Dirt Pop” och ”Buzzcocks goes Nordic Noir”. 2022 släpptes debutalbumet ”Här har du ditt liv” som följdes av ett 30-tal spelningar i såväl Sverige, Finland, USA och Tyskland. Under hösten 2023 släpptes Mini- LP ”Tiden är en dröm” på tyska Rockstar Records. FFA: Radioactivity, Docent Död, Ebba Grön.
Polisman B
Likt ett hånskratt i baksätet på en polisbil med avstängda blåljus sjunger Polisman B om de villospår och dimridåer som tillåtit berättarjaget att fly från rättvisan. På deras debut-EP Lång Mörk Rock Vol 1, till ljudet av sirener och trummaskiner, avslöjas den verkliga sanningen om vad som egentligen hände den fatala natten när Olof Palme, landets statsminister och en lysande röst för rättvisa och förändring, mördades brutalt. Lyssnaren uppmanas sluta upp med sina försök att undvika orättvisans långa arm. Möt din överman. Fall ned på knä och be, för Polisman B.
