En poetisk och stämningsfull liten föreställning om det förunderliga I livet. Ett filosofiskt möte mellan vardagliga iakttagelser och de stora, eviga frågorna. En musikalisk resa från skog till asfalt – och tillbaka.
Werner Aspenström var bondpojken som blev berömd diktare. Med lågmäld humor tar han ner de stora anspråken på jorden. Det enkla, jordnära och förbisedda lyfts fram i ljuset. Han föddes den 13 november 1918 och växte upp i Torrbo i Smedjebacken.
