Ikväll visar vi ingen mindre än dokumentären om den internationella hovsångerskan "SivanDivan". Det blir en extravagant afton i sångens tecken. Vi håller som vanligt till på Beijing 8, Söderpunkten, som håller kök och bar öppet under hela kvällen. Så varför inte unna dig en färgglad drink till filmen!

Den 72-åriga hov- och operasångerskan Siv Wennberg har kämpat hela sitt liv med att få förbli den hon är. En extrovert diva med lätt hybris, som trots att hon sedan länge blivit stämplad som alltför udda för operascenen,fortsätter slåss för att få synas... och höras. 1972 debuterade hon på Stockholmsoperan och fick lysande kritik. Svenska Dagbladet skrev att hon var ”född med segerhuva” och det tycks Siv fortfarande övertygad om, trots att operavärlden idag säger annorlunda. I tre akter får vi följa Sivs och hennes trofaste pojkvän som inte räds SivanDivans färgstarka personlighet när hon gör sin comeback.
