Öldomare Joel Hedman är tillbaka med ännu en digital ölprovning, denna gång med fokus på USA med många insikter efter hemkomsten från USAs största ölmässa; Great American Beer Festival. För er som undrar vad de håller på med "over there" - haka på så får ni se!
Öl ifrån USA. Vad är det? Det är mer än bara IPA och macrolager, men vad serveras på en bryggeripub i Kalifornien? Har de några egna ölstilar?
Under denna digitala ölprovning ska vi bena ut den amerikanska ölkulturen, med fokus på USA. Vi tar en titt på historien samt vilka trender som kommit och gått. Naturligtvis kör vi traditionen trogen ett ölquiz också.
För att förenkla logistiken kring ölprovningen för er som bokar i sista stund kommer jag att ha två parallella öllistor. En öllista där de flesta ölen ligger i beställningssortimentet - och en standardlista med öl som står på hyllan på de flesta systembolagen i Sverige. Dessa listor består stilmässigt av samma öl men beställningssortimentslistan är lite ”roligare” alltså med öl som färre av er troligen har druckit tidigare.
