Dieter Grimm är en av Tysklands främsta konstitutionella experter. Nu besöker han Sverige och ABF-huset!
Dieter Grimm är aktuell med boken "Europa ja – aber welches?”, där han riktar stark kritik mot EU:s legala struktur. Han menar att alltför många frågor är reglerade i fördraget, vilket innebär att tolkningar görs av jurister. Grimm vill ”avreglera” fördraget, begränsa det till spelreglerna och återföra frågorna till de politiska organen, främst Europeiska Rådet och Europaparlamentet – ett mycket intressant och uppmärksammat inlägg om Europas framtid.
Medverkande: Dieter Grimm, visiting Professor of Law and Gruber Global Constitutionalism Fellow at Yale Law School. He is also a Professor of Law at Humboldt University of Berlin and a Permanent Fellow and former Director of the Wissenschaftskolleg zu Berlin Institute for Advanced Study.
