I denna kurs går vi igenom varför det är viktigt och nödvändigt att då och då göra en detox och hur du kan minimera gifter i din vardag. En detox innebär att man avlastar sina organ och jobbar med att rensa ut slaggprodukter och gifter.
I kursen går vi igenom fysiologin för dessa organ och hur man kan hjälpa organen att regenerera sig:

Du får tips på bra mat att använda dig av under detoxen eller i din långsiktiga livsstil och råd och tips på hur man faktiskt gör en detox.
En viktig kurs som hjälper vår kropp att må bättre och möta våren och sommaren med mer resurser och energi.
Antalet platser är begränsat, betald biljett = bokad biljett. Vid återbud kan inte biljettpriset betalas tillbaka, däremot kan biljetterna överlåtas.
