Hur kommer det sig att friska människor som anser sig ha kontroll över sina liv plötsligt hamnar i vågdalar där livsenergin, det vill säga kraften, stryps och de upplever att de inte längre äger förmågan att hantera varken sitt nuvarande liv och än mindre bygga sig en framtid?
Magnus hamnade själv i en sådan vågdal som till och med resulterade i frivillig inläggning på psykiatrisk klinik. Från den resan ur mörkret tillbaka till ljuset uppstod det ett lärande som här förmedlas. Arbetspsykologen Jens Näsström från Ambitionprofile har sedan 2005 forskat och undervisat i praktisk arbetspsykologi bland annat inom juristbranschen med inriktning på klientpsykologi och stresshantering. Med kollegorna på Ambitionprofile har han utvecklat ett verktyg som bidrar till ökad självkännedom för att hantera stress och undvika utbrändhet och psykisk ohälsa.
Grunden i Livsekonomi-teorin och Ambiotionprofiles verktyg varvas med reflektion och diskussion under tre inspirerande timmar. Alkoholfri dryck och typ matig baguette ingår.
