Henrik Fröjdendal föreläser om hur han från 11 till 25 års ålder levde som missbrukare och kriminell. Genom att använda en väl vald humor utan att för den skull bagatellisera problematiken låter han åhöraren följa med på en lärorik resa bort från droger och kriminalitet.
Henrik har stått med skit upp över huvudet. Han har bott i bostäder mindre än sin sons rum och han har varit ett riktigt arsle merparten av sitt liv på olika sätt.
Han har fallit när det varit tungt. Han har förlorat allt han hade och av det har han lärt sig kämpa och bygga upp någonting av ingenting!
Av motgången har han lärt sig värdera det han har ännu mer! Han har förstått att han måste kämpa och att ingen är perfekt! Henrik vill idag hjälpa andra genom att berätta om sin resa från ingenting till någonting.
