Det Blev Handgemäng är ett gnisslande vagnshjuls färd genom ödemarken, ekot av en bugalú efter att den sista gudsförgätna gästen blivit utslängd från baren, den långa promenaden mot casinot efter att du fått sparken. Det Blev Handgemäng på din gata, utanför ditt hus – och du gillade det!
Det Blev Handgemäng är inget bluesband, inget countryband och inget rootsband. De kan sin skit, men är inget band som konserverar musik och låser in den på museum. Istället spelar de amerikansk folkmusik på ett sätt som gör att den känns angelägen.

Fabian Brusk Jahn släppte 2017 debut EPn Faceless Creatures och har sedan dess släppt ytterligare ett par singlar, en andra EP (Pole Dancing 2020) och en live EP 2021. Ljudbilden målas upp på en nattsvart bakgrund där bluesen, de mörkare delarna av folken och americanan avlöser varandra för att emellanåt släppa igenom små prickar av ljus.
