En workshop speciellt utformad för att sprida kunskapen om hur man förlorar sig i färgerna, låter sig dras in i ett kreativt flow och hur man sedan använder det till sin fördel i vardagslivet. Ett unikt tillfälle för systrar att mötas på ett helt nytt plan och tillsammans väcka den Gudomliga feminina energin vi alla har inombords. Med hjälp av interaktiva bildövningar, blandat med konstterapi och Kundalini yoga, ska vi vidga våra vyer och utforska våra kreativa sidor.
Vi håller på i ca 4 h och man behöver inga förkunskaper för att delta, endast engagemang och vilja! Man får så mycket pedagogisk bildhjälp man vill och behöver. Du får självklart ta hem all konst som görs under tillfället + en liten Dalyaart goodiebag:)
Vill man få kontinuitet i sitt målande och fortsätta att utveckla sin konstnärliga sida, så kommer det hållas i en fortsättningskurs på 5 tillfällen där jag guidar er igenom erakonstverk.
